Tribute to Dad

Pop sent Austin his USC football jacket! So cool. And Cam is so cool posing with Austin!


Our football team made the Grizzly Growler newsletter and underneath this picture was captioned "Our Ankelbiter team honored a Dad serving in Baghdad." So cool. All the kids had their American flags tributing Jonathan!

We found a picture of Dad in Iraq.


Grandpa all dressed up for a special dinner. Served on the Charleston County School Board for almost 10 years.

Skyping with Dad before school. Everyday at 8am is Daddy time! Morning prayer, breakfast-we're all together for it.

We missed our team's picture time! So Austin was a sport and we improvised. Mom, backyard, football pictures.

Game 2

Grizzly Game #2 was a Home game against Vienna and we killed em 27-0! Austin rocked and did a great job hustling, tackling, holding them on D line.

Ash cheered his brother on this game instead of playing watergirl.

Spirit Week MVES

This week at Mountain View was spirit week! Both kids followed suit and had a crazy hat day-and Daddy let Austin
wear his real London police hat! Backwards day, jersey day, etc.

Ashley got to get her pictures taken at Target this week. The photographer did a great job and turned on the fan and played music for Ash so Ash would feel like a real supermodel! She totally got into it. It was wonderful! Photo shoot success.

Ash got a huge package this week! A Barbie Doll castle from Pop and Grandma. This was actually a toy that has stayed at the Grandparents home for years, but now needs to make a new home in VA. Ash loved having her castle. Now her Barbie dolls have a place to lay their pretty heads at night as Ash tucks them in.

This week is also General Conference. I love this time of year because of conference. I love to hear the Prophet's words as it fills our home.

Grizzly Game 1

This week we played at George Washington MS against the Alexandria Titans. They creamed us. But it was a great experience! Austin is #74 this season. The biggest Defensive Lineman on the team. No one moves him. He loves to tackle!

Ashley did a great job as Water Girl and came to brother's aid many times.
